Can I Get a Refund For My Tokens?

We can only refund unused token packages. If any tokens from a package were spent, that package isn't eligible for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

• ✅ Unused package: 100% of the tokens from that single purchase are still in your balance.
• ❌ Partially used package: not refundable.
• ❌ Bonus/promotional tokens: not refundable.

• Your registered account email/username
• The reason for your request

We'll review the purchase and confirm whether it qualifies.
