Why Was My Payout Returned?

A payout may be returned for reasons like:

• Incorrect or Incomplete Payout Details
• The provided bank account number, IBAN, or wallet address might be incorrect.
• The beneficiary name does not match the name on your ID verification.
• Account Verification Issues
• If your payout method requires verification (such as ACH, Paxum, or Crypto wallets), and the verification is incomplete, the payment may be rejected.

What Happens When My Payout Is Returned?

If your payout is returned:

1. The Support Team will notify you via message or email when your payout has been returned.
2. The amount will be credited back to your Pending Earnings balance.
3. Go to Payout Settings, correct your details, or select another valid payment method.
