Why Haven't I Received My Payment Yet?
If you haven't received your payment yet, don't worry — here's what to check:
- Minimum Threshold

You need to reach the minimum payout threshold of €50, plus any network/processing fees, before your payout is processed.
Each payout method has different fees. You can find the details under your selected payout option here: How do I open a payout method account?
If you haven’t reached the total (minimum threshold plus any network/processing fees), your current earning balance will roll over to your next payment cycle. Once you reach or exceed the required amount, you’ll automatically receive your payout in the next cycle.
You can see all payout and balance details under your Dashboard → Settings → Payouts.
Tip: If you're close to the threshold, keep engaging and earning — your next payout will include both pending and new earnings combined.
