Why Hasn’t My Payout Been Credited to My Account Yet?

There are a few reasons why your payout may be delayed:

1. Bank Processing Times:
• Bank and payment processors take varying amounts of time to credit funds.
• Some transfers (like ACH) take 3-5 business days, but due to bank verification processes, first-time payments may take 7-10 working days.
2. Payment Processing Cycle: Flirtback processes payments twice a month:
• 1st – 15th of the month
• 16th – last day of the month
• Payments are sent out within 7 business days after the cycle ends.
3. First-Time Payments May Take Longer
• Some banks require additional verification for new payment recipients, which can cause delays.
4. Bank Holidays or Weekends
• If your payout falls on a bank holiday or weekend, processing may be delayed until the next business day.
5. Incorrect Payout Details: Ensure your bank details or wallet address are correct in the Payout Settings.
6. Minimum Threshold + Processing Fees Not Met (Important)
• Your balance must cover the minimum earnings (50€) plus the payout method’s processing fee.

• If you reach 50€ but don’t have the processing fee, the payout won’t be sent this cycle. It will roll over to the next once the total meets 50€ + fee.

Example: If your method's fee is 8€, like ACH, you need at least 55€ or more available for the payout to process.
