If you’re unable to activate a new Happy Hour, it’s because you still have unreplied messages from your previous Happy Hour session.
What You Need to Do:

✅ Check Your Chat Inbox – Look for unreplied messages from users who interacted with you during Happy Hour and respond to them.
✅ Once You’ve Caught Up, Restart Happy Hour – After replying to all pending chats, you’ll be able to activate Happy Hour again and continue engaging with new users.
