FlirtTime is a 1-1 video call feature that allows creators and users to have direct and personal video conversations. It operates on a token-based system for payments. Users can initiate a video call with a chosen creator through a simple button click. Creators can define their availability for video calls, and users can see their availability.
How does FlirtTime work?
Availability Indicator: FlirtTime displays an availability indicator on the creators’ page, profile page, and chat window, showing whether a creator is currently available for video calls. This helps users identify which creators are available for Video Calls.
Accessing FlirtTime: FlirtTime is accessible on the creator’s profile page and in the chat window, making it easy to initiate video calls with a simple click.
Enabling FlirtTime:Â Creators need to follow these steps to enable video calls:
- Access FlirtTime settings. Head over to the navigation bar, click Quick Actions, then ENable FlirtTime.
- Define the price per minute in tokens and click Enable FlirtTime.
- Phone verification is a necessary step to activate FlirtTime. Be assured that your information remains confidential, and solely utilized to receive SMS notifications regarding incoming video calls.
- Pause FlirtTime. Pause FlirtTime with ease when you're not available to stop incoming calls. Navigate to the navigation bar, click on Quick Actions, and follow the same path to pause FlirtTime. Choose the desired pause duration, and confirm to pause call reception seamlessly.
FlirTime Functionality. When a user is initiating a video call, an SMS will be sent to the creator containing a link that opens the calling screen. If the creator has opened Flirtback and is logged in on their mobile or desktop device, an incoming video call screen will appear, offering options to configure audio and video preferences, along with an answering button. Before answering, the creator must grant permission for audio and video, a prompt will be displayed before joining the call.
- A temporary chat will be available for users during a Video Call. Users can send you messages during a call, the messages will pop up on your screen, and you can reply by talking, perfect for those who might be a bit too shy to talk directly to you.
- If the creator misses a call, a system message will be sent in the chat.
- Suppose a user attempts to call a creator who is already engaged in another call or is being called by someone else. In that case, the user will receive a notification, providing them with the option to leave a message.
- During the video call, the creator will not be interrupted. The user will receive a notification, giving them the option to leave a message.
While FlirtTime is active on your mobile device, it is important to remain attentive to incoming calls.
- You will only receive the incoming call screen within the Flirtback app or browser on mobile and tablets. If you are not within the app, the Video Call notification is sent via SMS and Browser Notification. You can quickly access clicking the link and you have a 60-second window to answer the call.
- When using FlirtTime on a desktop, the incoming call screen is always displayed and the sound will be audible even if you are on a different tab, making it more convenient to stay aware of incoming calls. The time window to answer the call is the same: 60 seconds.
Payment and Tokens:Â FlirtTime operates on a token-based system, where users need to have a sufficient balance of tokens to start a video call.
- To begin a video call, users are required to have a minimum number of tokens equivalent to at least one minute of call time. Tokens can be obtained through our platform before starting the call and during the call if the token balance becomes insufficient.
- Users will receive a notification when their token balance drops below 60 seconds, providing them with the option to top up their tokens instantly without the need to end the ongoing call.

To ensure the safety of our platform, we have implemented a reporting system that allows users and creators to report any video calls that violate our terms and conditions. If a participant is found to be in violation, appropriate action will be taken to terminate the call immediately, maintaining a secure environment for all users.
