Can I block a conversation or a Flirtmate?

Yes, you are entirely in control of your profile and can block a conversation if you wouldn't like to receive more messages from that user.

If you’re particularly unhappy with a user’s conduct, you can also report the conversation to our team so we can investigate it for you.

All you need to do is click on the three dots at the top right side of your chat window. You will see a dropdown menu, the first option of which is Block.

A new window will pop-up where you can add the reason for reporting a conversation. If you come across a minor, you can tick mark the ‘Report minor (below 18 years old)’

Important: Report a minor only when you identify a user as a minor. Every case is investigated in detail, and the user's account and IP are blocked from the platform.
