How Do I Remove My Card From My Account?

Card removal isn't available inside Flirtback. Because Epoch processes all card payments, only Epoch Customer Care can delete your card from their system.

What To Do

1. Contact Epoch Customer Care and ask them to remove your card for Flirtback (merchant: Streamrise BV).

Why We Can't Do It For You

For security and PCI compliance, Flirtback doesn't store card data. Your card is tokenised and held by Epoch, our payment processor.

Security Note

Your card details are confidential and secure with Epoch. Flirtback never has access to your card details.

Optional Alternatives

1. If you prefer not to keep a card on file, you can purchase tokens using PayPal or Crypto.

2. Changing to a new card (add a different card at checkout)

You can switch cards during a purchase:

1. Click Tokens, then select the token package you want.
2. Choose the payout method that you used to complete a previous transaction.
3. On the Epoch page, click “Switch to a new payment”.

4. Enter your new card details and complete the Purchase.
