Why can I not send messages to a creator anymore?

1. The creator's account has been temporarily suspended or excluded: Sometimes, due to violations of our terms and conditions, a creator's account might be temporarily suspended or excluded. During this period, their ability to communicate with users will be restricted. But don’t worry; they will be online soon.
2. The creator has deleted their account: If a creator decides to leave the platform or delete their account, you will no longer be able to engage in conversations with them. But if you are a subscriber, you will still have access to the subscriber's content until the end of the expiry date.
3. Your account has been changed from a user to a creator account: Congratulations on your account upgrade! However, please note that creators cannot communicate with other creators on Flirtback. This feature is reserved for user-creator relationships.
