Payment Method Setup: To avoid delays, ensure you've set up your payment method correctly. You can configure your payment method here: Payment Method Setup.
Ensure all your details, beneficiary name, IBAN details, account number, or routing numbers are accurate. Precision ensures a smooth and hassle-free payment process.
Payment Cycle
- 1st - 15th of the month
- 16th - last day of the month
Payments are processed within seven business days after the payment cycle concludes.
Minimum Payment Threshold: If your earnings in the current payment cycle are less than 50 Euros, they’ll be carried over to the next cycle and paid out once they reach the minimum payment threshold of 50 Euros plus processing fees.
Payment Transfer Time: It is important to remember that the transfer duration varies depending on the processing days of your chosen payment method.
It's important to note that if a payment fails during the initial processing attempt, it will be automatically reprocessed in the next payment period. This means that even if seven days remain in the processing period, any unsuccessful payments will be retried in the subsequent cycle to ensure a seamless and timely resolution.
Reasons for failed payments
- Incorrect account details. Ensure that the provided account details are accurate. Mistakes such as incorrect account numbers, beneficiary names, email IDs, or routing information can lead to payment failures. We urge you to double-check and update your account information if necessary.
- The bank returned the funds. This can occur for various reasons, such as unverified accounts or documents. To prevent such occurrences, ensure your payout account is fully verified.
- Name mismatch with the beneficiary. Verify that the beneficiary's name matches the creator's name on the account. Discrepancies in names can result in payment failures due to security measures. Ensure consistency in the provided names to avoid such issues.
