To complete the verification of the Paxum account, the proof of address must be issued in your full name and within the last 90 days.
Acceptable documents include:
✅ Bank statement/letter or card statement only in the original PDF format. The printed version cannot be accepted.
✅ Utility bills include cable, phone, internet, electricity, water, gas, and garbage.
✅ Lease Contract.
✅ A government-issued photo ID that includes the address and is not used to verify the identity.
- This means the address can be validated with an ID (picture ID issued by the government), but it must be a different type of ID than the one used for identity verification. Therefore, two IDs are required if the address is to be verified with one.
- The ID used for the address must also contain the address being validated in the account.
✅ Public-issued authority bills, Insurance bills, tax returns, and notarized statements.
You can upload the required document by accessing the "User Profile" section.
If you do not have a bill issued in your name, you may submit one under another person's name if there is a solid connection (such as parent/child, spouse) and evidence is provided (e.g., birth or marriage certificate).
Please note that lease contracts are exempt from the 90-day rule, but they must not be expired.
To be accepted, the lease contract must contain:
✅ All pages
✅ Names of the landlord and tenant
✅ Date of the agreement
✅ Terms of the agreement
✅ Duration of the agreement
Paxum does not accept:
❌Statements from non-banking institutions (e.g., Payoneer, Paypal, Moneze, Paytm)
❌ Account or service application forms
❌Temporary Visas
❌ Screenshots, checks, envelopes, letters, invoices, receipts
Identity Documentation:
For Identity verification, you can upload a valid National ID, Passport, or Driving License.
