How to manually enable permissions for Audio and Video

Mobile

Google Chrome

• On your Android phone or tablet, open Chrome.
• Go to a site.
• To the left of the address bar, tap Lock Permissions.
• Tap the permission you want to update. To change a setting, select it. To allow or block a site from accessing your microphone or camera, tap Ask (default), Allow, or Block1.

Edge

• Open Edge.
• Tap the three dots in the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Site Permissions.
• Tap Camera or Microphone.
• Tap Ask before accessing (recommended), Allow, or Block.

Firefox

• Open Firefox.
• Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap Settings.
• Scroll down and tap Site Permissions.
• Tap Camera or Microphone.
• Tap Ask (default), Allow, or Block

• Open Opera.
• Tap the three dots in the bottom right corner of the screen.

• Scroll down and tap Site settings.
• Tap Camera or Microphone.

• Open Samsung Internet.
• Tap the three dots in the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Tap Settings.
• Scroll down and tap Site Permissions.
• Tap Camera or Microphone.
• Tap Ask (default), Allow, or Block

• Open Settings.
• Scroll down and tap Safari.
• Tap Camera or Microphone.
• Choose Allow.

Desktop

• To the right of “Flash,” click the Arrows.
• Choose Always Allow on this site.

• Go to a site.
• Click on the lock icon in the address bar.
• Click on the right arrow next to “Connection secure.”
• Click on More Information.
• Click on Permissions.
• Choose Allow.

• Go to a site.

• Open Safari.
