How can I report a user?

Reporting a Conversation

If you need to report a conversation, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the three dots in the chat window.
  2. Select "block - report conversation."
  3. Provide the reason for reporting in the designated field.

Reporting a Minor

To report a conversation involving a minor, take these steps:

  1. Click on the three dots in the chat window.
  2. Choose "block - report conversation.”
  3. Check the minor box.
  4. If you would like to provide a specific reason, please write it in the designated field.

Select the "minor" checkbox exclusively for minor cases. If the situation doesn't involve a minor, use the "block and report" option as a sufficient means to report the user.
