Head over to the chat and click on the drop down menu.

1. Select Archived

1. Find the conversation you want to unarchive

1. Click on the 3 dots top right and select Restore. Now the conversation will be back in the default list.

Only the person who has archived the chat can unarchive it. If a creator has archived a conversation, you can send messages once they choose to unarchive the chat.
